When you send an enquiry through eradtech.com, we store the details you provide (name, company, sector, phone number and your message) for one purpose only: responding to your request and, if you become a client, delivering our services.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties. Enquiry records are kept in our own systems, hosted on our own infrastructure, and are accessible only to Eradtech staff who handle client work.
Client portal accounts additionally store service records for the client's own site - stations, visit logs, reports and contract documents. That data belongs to the service relationship and is visible only to the client's own logins and Eradtech staff.
The website itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The portal uses a session cookie strictly for sign-in.

حسابات بوابة العملاء تخزّن إضافةً إلى ذلك سجلات الخدمة الخاصة بموقع العميل - المحطات وسجلات الزيارات والتقارير ووثائق العقد - وهي مرئية فقط لحسابات العميل نفسه وموظفي إراد-تك.
الموقع نفسه لا يستخدم أي ملفات تعريف إعلانية أو تتبعية، وتستخدم البوابة ملف جلسة واحداً لتسجيل الدخول فقط.
